Someone answers, at any hour
This number is staffed around the clock, every day. The first call gets a person, not a queue that opens at nine.
The connection costs you nothing
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
Local crews, licensed for the trade
The contractor on the other end is independent, licensed for this trade in North Carolina, and based close enough to Charlotte to turn up. Ask for the license number and proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
A poor fit is fixed by one more call
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
What this page does not promise
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
